Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tahani Jewelers. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please note the following conditions for returns: 

• The item must be in its original condition, unaltered, and undamaged.
• The item must be returned with the original packaging, and any accompanying certificates or documents.
• The refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Custom orders are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@tahanijewelers.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please do not send any items back to us without a return authorization number, as they will not be accepted.
